Registration Information - You do not have to take the AAP NRP Provider Training in addition to taking this course - unless you need the AAP NRP Card/Provider Training for your license/education/work requirements. AAP Provider training is hospital-based and not developed within the midwifery model of care for the community setting. Baby's Breath is a comprehensive neonatal care program for midwives/doctors/nurse practitioners/physician assistants/birth assistants/students/doulas working in the community setting. It follows ILCOR guidelines but is specific to the unique skills required for care provided in the home or birth center setting.
Additional Registration Information - **Please review the Workshop Schedule closely before planning your training. Those that hold a current NRP card from Baby's Breath workshop in the past 2 years, are confident in their individual skill level, and are renewing their NRP Provider training may opt to take either the full workshop or just the afternoon session.
